The funds can be advances via:

• 1st registered mortgage
• 2nd registered mortgage
• Caveat over real estate

Generally there is some factor inhibiting the client from access to mainstream lenders.
In most cases, our aim is to attain the funds you need, and then over time, look to get the client back into mainstream lending.

Often Private funds will be needed for “bridging” type situations, where the funds are only needed for a relatively short time, and/or are to be repaid from a sale or funds expected to come in.
